NEMA Grade G10 / FR-4 / G11 / FR-5 laminates sheet is made of imported electrical alkali-free glass cloth impregnated with imported high quality epoxy resin and suitable in imported organic fillers by processing under pressure and heat, it is rigid insulating material. These laminated sheets have the excellent mechanical and withstanding thermal properties.
NEMA Grade G10 laminates sheet is for mechanical, electrical application. It is with high strength under moderate temperature; good electrical properties under high humidity.
NEMA Grade FR-4 laminates sheet is with high mechanical strength at room temperature, good electrical properties under dry and humidity conditions. It is flame retardant.
NEMA Grade G11 laminates sheet is with high mechanical strength at room temp. & 150°C, good electrical properties under dry and humidity conditions, use in making Insulating structural parts in electrical apparatus and other industries.
NEMA Grade FR-5 laminates sheet exhibit good retention of properties and dimensional stability at elevated temperatures and high-humidity surrounding. It is flame retardant.
